Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–14 business days; based on what is ordered, processing times could be longer. I am a single owner. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

Shipping charges and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3–10 business days, while expedited shipping options may deliver within 1–3 business days, depending on the destination.

We use a trusted carrier, UPS, but can use any company of your liking to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, if you encounter any issues, contact UPS or contact us for support within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
